Enjoy the views and the area here. Head to the shorefront and look out for dolphins passing by! They’re often in the area. Whales have made a return to the area, too! Enjoy the images of how Buckhaven used to look.
On your way to the next point, look over to your left - you'll see something pre-historic! These dinosaurs were painted in 2022 by artist Paco Graff as a way to enhance the shorefront and act as a reminder of how the area may have looked millions of years ago. Some of the hills in the area are extinct volcanoes and is known as the "Ring of Fire". Created in partnership and with support from local environmental charity CLEAR and Fife Council, they're designed to appeal to younger audiences, though have an appeal to those of all ages! The trees by the dinosaurs are apple trees - in autumn, give the apples a quarter twist - if they're ready, you're welcome to eat them.
